Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at windshirt.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your decision to return the order, you must send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision.

Return conditions

You may inspect and try on the shirt to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. The product should be returned in a condition that does not exceed what is necessary for such inspection.

Please return the item, where possible, with its original tags and packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at windshirt.contact@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Non-returnable items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception provided by applicable law applies.

In particular, this may include products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised products.

Standard Windshirt shirts that are offered as part of our regular collection are not considered personalised products merely because they contain the standard Windshirt branding or embroidery.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery to you. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, the additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
