We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.
Product availability and specifications may change. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product specifications, provided that such changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Product Safety
Some Windshirt products may contain small or sharp components used during manufacturing, packaging or securing the garment, such as pins or needles.
Please exercise caution when unpacking the product and remove any sharp components before wearing or handling the garment. Keep such components away from children and pets.
Windshirt is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper handling of the product or failure to follow these safety instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
3. Orders
By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified circumstances, including where:

All prices displayed to consumers in our online store are stated in PLN and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed separately before the order is placed.
We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Delivery
We ship orders to the delivery addresses and countries available during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. However, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights regarding delivery.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the product remains with us until the product is delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.
